Come December, I’m always in need of a little hiatus from my work, just like everyone else.  But come February I’m always itchy to start shooting again.  This year was no different and An and Viet had the perfect wedding to start my season off!  They are a beautiful couple with beautiful families.  Love surrounded them.  I had never shot a Vietnamese wedding before so this was a learning experience for me.  I loved all the ceremonies and traditions that were held throughout the day.  And she didn’t’ have just one fabulous wedding gown, she had FOUR!  An and Viet, you are a beautiful couple and I consider it a privilege to have been your wedding photographer!

So I can’t post too many from this session because their wedding is not until next month but I just had to post a few.  What a great couple An and Viet are!  Because the weather is so unpredictable in February, An and Viet wanted to have a pre-wedding photo session all dolled up in their gown and tux.  We had a blast!

This was by far, the snowiest wedding I’ve ever shot!  It was chilly when I arrived, but the weatherman were right this time.  It started snowing shortly after I arrived and it didn’t let up all night.  Cynthia and Mark had such great attitudes about it though and managed to get some really cool moments out in the snow.  Thanks for a great time Cynthia and Mark!  You guys were awesome!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE outdoor weddings and Beottcher Mansion is such a beautiful venue.  Holly and Doug were brave enough to plan their wedding outdoors at the end of October and boy did they luck out.  The weather was windy and cool before the ceremony but just as the ceremony started, the weather became perfect.  The light in the girls room was dreamy.

Nicole and Evan had the most terrific wedding.  The weather was amazing and every detail was perfectly executed.  Nicole and Evan are happy, wonderful people who are overflowing with love for each other…I just love witnessing love!  Nicole and Evan, thank you so kindly for allowing me to be a part of your day!  I adore you both and wish you a world of bliss!
