The whole reason for my recent trip to Boston was for Nicole and Evan’s engagement shoot. If you are wondering if I travel, the answer is YES! Especially if it’s to some ultra fab city I’ve never been. We wandered around Boston for a couple of hours and found some really nice spots. Evan is new to the Boston area as well and Nicole will be moving out there after their wedding. Apparently, we managed to score one of the two warm days they’ve had recently. Here are some of my favs.
Mmmm…fresh squeezed!
After the shoot, Noy and I headed over to the North End where everything is Italian. We experienced the most amazing food here at one of the 150 Italian restaurants in this little area of Boston. If you go, get the lobster ravioli!
Then we waited in a very long line at Mike’s Pastry shop for some sweetness. The cannoli’s were amazing! I ate two of them. Seriously, I think I gained 5 lbs while I was there. And for the perfect finish to the night, the little shop next door was a cigar/cappuccino bar. It might be a sin to even say it but the lattes were better than Starbucks.
Thanks Nicole and Evan for the opportunity to experience Boston. Noy and I had an amazing time with you both!

Dawn- great photos! I’ve been waiting anxiously to see these, and Boston is just as beautiful as I remembered. So glad you got to go to Mike’s pastry shop. We love it, too! Great colors in the photos. I love that everything was nice and green, for you, while you were there. Our favorite is of them kissing in the street. Great photos!

I love the bright green in the first picture! And I love the one of them getting lemonade! It looks like a really neat city to go to…lots of neat places it looks like anyways.
