Welcome!

Friend me on Facebook.

Debbie & Micah

It’s people like Debbie and Micah that make my job just downright fun!  I clicked with Debbie the minute we met and I’m more than thrilled to be photographing their big day!  They will wed at Mile High Station in just a few weeks!  I can’t wait!

Yes, that is snow you see.  It was SO cold I thought I might lose a few digits by the time we were done.  Micah and Debbie were troopers though.

The property owner’s dog loved being in front of the camera too.  He photographs well, don’t you think?

Come December, I’m always in need of a little hiatus from my work, just like everyone else.  But come February I’m always itchy to start shooting again.  This year was no different and An and Viet had the perfect wedding to start my season off!  They are a beautiful couple with beautiful families.  Love surrounded them.  I had never shot a Vietnamese wedding before so this was a learning experience for me.  I loved all the ceremonies and traditions that were held throughout the day.  And she didn’t’ have just one fabulous wedding gown, she had FOUR!  An and Viet, you are a beautiful couple and I consider it a privilege to have been your wedding photographer!

We've been having a blast going to weddings over here- and the brides here wear 3 or 4 gowns. Wish I could have done that on my wedding day- I love that tradition! Great job, as always! I love the sparklers, and I love the brides shoes and the flower girls dresses!!!!! I guess I should just say I love it all! (02/25/10, 2:26 am)

Shhhhh…

So I can’t post too many from this session because their wedding is not until next month but I just had to post a few.  What a great couple An and Viet are!  Because the weather is so unpredictable in February, An and Viet wanted to have a pre-wedding photo session all dolled up in their gown and tux.  We had a blast!

Aleah & Scott

Okay, so I’m a little overdue on blogging.  Alright, a LOT overdue.  To say I needed a little break was an understatement.  With a somewhat relaxing January, my kids have had the QT with mom that they so needed and I’ve had a chance to just enjoy my kids without constantly putting them off because of my work.  I feel so refreshed and ready to start again with a clear head and a happy heart.

On a chilli Saturday, I shot Aleah and Scott’s engagement session.  Aleah and Scott were so much fun to hang with.  Their daughter Sasha was involved too!  Thank you Aleah and Scott!  I’m so excited about your wedding in Larkspur in September!  I know it’s going to be fabulous!

Happy Holidays

I hope you are taking a break to enjoy your friends and family.  I know I haven’t posted in awhile but my kids are just growing too fast and I took the remainder of December to enjoy them.  We’ve baked a lot, played a lot, watched a lot of movies and just enjoyed being together.  I’ll start posting regularly again next month!  Have a WONDERFUL new year!
